two examples of how to extend Zoho CRM functionalists by using Zoho Creator. 1. add Zoho Creator form inside Zoho CRM, 2. Use Zoho CRM Webhooks and Zoho Creator Deluge script to pass information between CRM modules.

[update on 11/11/2013: Zoho CRM has a new feature so we can update other module's field value based on current module's update. however, if it involves complex calculations or need multiple "IF" conditions , then Zoho Creator Deluge is till needed]
