It is an advanced method to authenticate your email sending domain so that it'll allow Zoho servers to accept and send emails on your behalf. This makes a smooth flow of emails passing through anti-spam filters and validates that your email is genuine. Ultimately, it checks the legitimacy of the sender and prevents the sender’s email to get landed in spam folder/ junk box.
The main advantage of "Email authentication" is to prevent your emails from being sent to your receiver's "Spam' folder. You can find more details from here:

You also need know how to add SPF TXT / DKIM public key record in the text record of your web hosting's DNS section, if you are not comfortable to do so, please ask your web developer,or find a Zoho Campaigns consultant to do that for you.
