Below is the list that shows what's the maximum size of the attachment in both Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM Mail. (Till 11/14/2012)
1. In Zoho mail, attachment size has been increased to 20mb, (was 5mb): https://forums.zoho.com/topic/maximum-incoming-email-attachment-size-limit

2. In Zoho Crm, The attachment limit while sending emails using Zoho Mail Add-on is 10MB. http://www.zoho.com/crm/help/zoho-mail/send-and-receive-emails.html
That also means you can receive an email with the size of the attachment up to 20MB in Zoho CRM (based on point 1)
