Zoho CRM Can Not Add New Googal App User to CRM - Solved

Sometime if we want to add a new user who currently using Google Mail to Zoho CRM, it might have this issue, see below.
Once we get this kind of message, we really don't know what to do for adding this new user to an existing account, including administrator



Below is the answer from Zoho Support solved the issue:

Please disable your Gapps account in the Zoho CRM and then re-invite the user, make sure the user deletes all the invitation that he received before from you and ask the user to use a different web browser while accepting the invitation. After the adding the user, later you can enable your Gapps account again. Please follow steps below to disable Google apps account.

Click on Setup--> Apps & Add Ons--> Google Apps--> On the right hand side you have the link to disable the Google apps account. Please disable the account and re enable it after inviting the user.
