Zoho CRM is an online database with web user interface, the problem those CRM users having are very common, same as other database, that is: when more and more data pushed in database, if you don't know how to use the application and manage data correctly at the very beginning, and if you don't do data maintenance in a regular basis, then the problems might be just around corner.
Think about building a house, without a good foundation, it is hard to image that you want to build 2nd, and 3rd floor on top of that. If there are some issues, it is really time consuming and difficult to fix them.
Suggestions:
1. Learn and play with Zoho as much as you can before you officially start to use the application.
2. Ask questions, or find Zoho consultants, it is really worth it.
3. Don't forget the maintiance, you need somebody check your application in regular basis, that can prevent a small issue becoming a big problem...
