Zoho CRM Mail add-on can only have one active email address

In Zoho CRM Mail add-on, as of now you can only use one email account/user for the mail add on to work with emails and automatically attach the email conversation to contacts\leads.
My question to CRM support was: Answer from Zoho Support:
