ZOHO: delete a user who was the created the ZOHO business account

The very first user who created the ZOHO business account has left the company, so his account should be disabled, and even needs to be deleted, when dealing with this case, there are couple of steps need to be taken before delete that user.
1. Disable first
For example: If the user exists in ZOHO CRM, then you need disable the user from another user's account (and has administrator role).

2. Backup
For example: Full Backup ZOHO CRM; Download all the files in the deleting user's ZOHO Docs account....

3. Remove the user in Organization if he/she is one of the organization member.
If we login by using that user's account, he might be a Super Administrator, so we need add another user as a Super Administrator, then login by using another user's account, then we can remove the deleting user. here is the link for the details

4. As ZOHO suggested: Better not delete Organization, but delete user only
