After setup email add on, when you send an email under a lead's (or contact, or account...) detail section, you might get this error message: "Error while processing request! Sending failed. Reason 550 #5.1.0 Address Rejected cannot sent to"
Here is the error message looks like (note: the error message might show only 1-2 second, so better use "Print Screen" to catch the error).

Here is the answer from zoho crm support:
a) Your mail service provider may require authentication to send mail from your POP account. Please enable "Outgoing Server Requires Authentication" in your POP account configured in Zoho Mail.
To enable Outgoing Server Requires Authentication, Go to Settings --> POP Accounts --> click 'Edit' --> enable 'Outgoing Mail Server requires authentication --> Save.

b) If option a) does not work, then this error might be due to your ISP don't allow relaying. Please contact your ISP regarding this error and resolve it at once.

The error I got was when I setup an email address which was hosted in godaddy mail server. Usually the SMPT is:, and it might work just fine, if not then:
Double check the mail server advanced settings, it could be:, and here is the godaddy mail relay article:

Here is the SMTP:
