ZOHO CRM email add on POP and SMTP settings

This post shows how to add your personal (or company email) address to Zoho Mail Account, so you can always use this email address to communicate with your clients in Zoho CRM account.
It is kind of normal thing that if you get errors when trying to link your email account to Zoho Mail account, however, seems always can be fixed, the main issues might be:

1. Incoming mail server name and Port No.

2. Outgoing mail server name and Port No.

3. Call Zoho CRM support if you think everything is correct, they might need change the port number manually.
